Online Access, Doors and Telephone lines are open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.

The responsibility for provision of out-of hours medical services lies with the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and between 18:30 Friday and 08:00 Monday, if you require medical attention, you should contact the NHS Out Of Hours Service on 111. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

This service should only be used for urgent conditions that cannot wait until normal working hours.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
